No, you only need experience on similar boats you'd like to charter. If you don't have much experience, we are happy to assign a skipper for a day or as long as you think you need to get you up to speed.

The currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar. Visa and MasterCard are accepted in the main tourist areas but not in rural locations.

Only a passport valid beyond their departure date is required for US citizens and Europeans. For visits of less than 30 days, a visa is not necessary, but you will need to display return flight tickets and that you have enough funds for your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available while in the Blue Lagoon Marina and at our office. Getting online is easy with plenty of Wi-Fi spots and cyber cafés, but you may find that speeds vary for the duration of your Grenadines and St. Vincent yacht charter.

Renowned Caribbean trade winds, which can reach up to 25 knots in the high season, provide the sailing conditions for St. Vincent and The Grenadines yacht charters. In the high season, expect 3-5ft swells, and 5-7ft during the low season. Between November and June, winds from the Grenadines blow mainly from the east.
