If you need a transfer from the airport to the base, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.
Airport transfers are available by shuttle van, private shared car service or airport taxi. A private car service/or airport taxi may be less expensive than the Super Shuttle, depending on the number of people in the group. An airport taxi can be hailed directly from the airport and before getting into the taxi, we suggest that you ask for the fare.
No, you only need experience on similar boats you'd like to charter. If you don't have much experience, we are happy to assign a skipper for a day or as long as you think you need to get you up to speed.

In our office and marina at Port Annapolis there is Wi-Fi available. The boats are not fitted with Wi-Fi. Internet access can also be found at various restaurants, cafes and marinas in the Chesapeake Bay.
Night sailing is not permitted. A fishing or crabbing license is required.

Chesapeake Bay anchorages will usually require anchoring at a marina, mooring balls are rare.
Between May and June or between September and October is the best time to visit Annapolis. The weather is perfect and there tends to be a gentle breeze. With warmer temperatures, up to mid-90°F , and busier marinas, July and August are very popular among sailors.
By the middle of the summer, water temperatures reach the upper 60°F to about 80°F.
