Lagoon 46 has been appointed with 4 double cabins and 2 single berth to accommodate a maximum of 10 berths. All double cabins are air conditioned along with the salon. The decision to position the mast step further aft, provides the 46 with multiple advantages: Reduces the length of the boom, increases the mainsail aspect ratio and thus its efficiency. Centering the masses limits pitching and eases the boat’s motion. The large jib sail is self-tacking, so there is no need to touch anything when tacking. The cockpit and salon on the 46 has been designed as a true living space and flow into on another seamlessly on the same level. Wide transom platforms allow an ease to boarding from a dock and optimize usability when at anchor or on a mooring.
